| Abstract | PGE524 2.0.4 Revised NPP_BRDF io.c to format the UpperLeftPointMtrs and LowerRightMtrs to the correct format of "DDDMMMSSS". |
| Problem Statement | C2 Daily L3 BRDF CMGs,"C" suite and "D" suite, were found by LDOPE to have the wrong format in the StructMetadata for the UpperLeftPointMtrs and LowerRightMtrs. They were found to have a format like "DDD.MMMSSS" and it should be "DDDMMMSSS" |

| Justification | The packed degree format is a HDF EOS5 requirement and the geographic longitude and latitude information should be specified in the degrees/minutes/seconds (DDDMMMSSS.SS) format. |
| Effective Date for Implementation of Change | PGE524C 2.0.4 and PGE524D 2.0.4 were installed for use for both SNPP and JPSS1 startign with data from 2/28/2025. No plans at this point to reprocess mission data. |
