| Abstract | PGE556 2.0.5, PGE557 2.0.5 Revised NPP_PR46A3 the funcs.c source code to allow processing of solar zenith angles between 102 and 108 and to correct issue with land water mask. |
| Problem Statement | C2 Monthly and Yearly LBAN, VNP46A3, VNP46A4, VJ146A3 and VJ146A4, were revised to accept observations with solar zenith angle between 102 and 108 degrees, to be consistent with daily LBAN. A fix was also implemented fo a bug in land water mask that was impacting the land water mask layer. |

| Justification | These changes will make the monthly and yearly LBAN more consistent with the daily LBAN products. |
| Effective Date for Implementation of Change | PGE556 2.0.5 and PGE557 2.0.5 were installed for use on 03/18/2025. Processsing previously done for Monthly and Yearly LBAN for SNPP in C2 will be cleared and processed anew with these versions. J1 reprocessing for these products will use the new versions of PGE556 and PGE557 as it has not yet been run. |
