| Problem Statement | C2 Daily gridded DNB/CM, VNP46A1, VJ146A1, and extended test J2 product, VJ246A1, have cases where there is fill due to an observation being rejected due to failing the solar zenith angle test, yet its cloud properties indicate it is clear. This was observed in VNP46A1 over Ukraine for day 170, 2024. |

| Effective Date for Implementation of Change | PGE554 2.0.12 was put into use on 7/10/24 for NPP with Data Start of 7/13/24 - post NPP GPS anomaly recovery. PGE554 2.0.12 was put in for J1 and J2 starting with data from 7/11/24. |
