| Justification | Reduce S-NPP Earth reflectance for the M1 band by 0.8% and the M2 band by 0.3%. Hence, reduce the reflectance difference between the S-NPP and J1 (NOAA-20) by 0.8% for M1 and 0.3% for M2. No impacts on other reflective solar bands; no impacts on the TEBs and DNB. |
