| Abstract | To bring nrt1 and nrt2 into sync with RR_tile_combining_files_v14 and MODIS_Combine_V5.0.16. |
| Problem Statement | PGE102 added a check into crop_tiles_hdf.c to check rare polar incorrect intersection that caused a segmentation fault (Bugzilla 5389, 5025, 5500). The two "combine" codes have been modified to Added "-type TrueColor" to JPEG convert command to prevent gray scale JPEGs. RR combine implemented a change to the "no data" color palette to make it compatible with other GIBS imagery. MODIS combine has a bug fix prevent "night" pixels from overwriting data pixels for fractional snow cover and sea ice by reflectance. Near Real Time system 1 is not running latest versions of both the Rapid Response and MODIS "combine" codes. This PCR will bring nrt1 and nrt2 back into sync. |
