Abstract | To implement the new version of PGE21N (v5.0.12) on NRT1/2. |
Problem Statement | The “LANCE Enhancement Request – Daily rolling NDVI product” initially asked “to generate and distribute a near real-time 8-day rolling NDVI product to support the dust modeling, weather forecasting and agricultural monitoring communities.” Later in Sept 2013, the request was updated to ask for Terra 8-day rolling LSR (MOD09A1 and MOD09Q1) products. MODAPS implements C5 PGE21N specifically for LANCE to generate near-real-time Terra 8-day rolling LSR data (MOD09A1N and MOD09Q1N) for LANCE community. PGE21N has been running on nrt2 system since Sept 2013, and the test data has been verified by the GLAM (Global Agricultural Monitoring) in Oct 2013. |
Description of Change | Implement the new PGE21N (NRT daily Rolling-8-day L3 LSR) - Added new PGE21N.pl PGE21N_LoaderModule.pl, M*D09[AQ]1N[C].mcf files - Updated BROWSE shared code for the new product M*D09A1N - Updated subsetting shared coeff file "gid_res.table" - Code changes in meta.c (Use of actual daily 'starttime' in output product name) - Code changes in srefl3_io.c (Inputs are within rolling 8day time period (Current day+7 prior days) - Updated version value in versions.h |
