Abstract PGE132 6.1.22 --

1) Changed background color from grey to black for MAIAC RGB products.

2) Updated color LUT MCDWDL3FLD_lut.xml (in the Paramfiles folder) to set 'NODATA' color from transparent to grey;

3) Special LoaderModule for AMPM GL3 recipe to skip Profiles 3&4 for forward and NRT processing until PGE113 is added.

4) Updated sds2png_xml.c for Flood products.

Problem Statement The operational GIBS L3 Land process for Collection 61 PGE132 was showing all the fillvalues and missing tiles in the MAIAC RGB true-color images in grey. Science team suggested black as a suitable alternative for the RGB images of MAIAC MCD19A1/A2 products. In addition, specifically for the MODIS Flood products that are currently coming out of C61 NRT, the science team requested that the fill values color be not mixed up with the background "nodata" color
Description of Change PGE132 V6.1.22 has been updated to change the background color from grey to black for MAIAC RGB products (MCG19*). This also includes an additional processing flag, specifically for the MODIS flood products, to bypass the _FillValue check in the code, so as not to mix the fill value color with the transparent background "nodata". This version also has the added configuration changes to allow easier bypassing of the MAIAC specific profiles till the time the C61 MAIAC products does not come onboard.
Products Affected MODIS C6 Land L3 GIBS products
Software Affected PGE132 6.1.22
Processing String to Receive the Change Terra and Aqua Forward Processing. NRT
Downstream Product Effects None.
Data Granules to be Used for Science Testing This version was run on nrt4 and verified by LDOPE and the concerned science teams.
Justification The PGE132, operating in the OPS and NRT streams, for C6, was producing the 3-layer RGB JPEG images for MCD19A1/A3 visible bands with a grey colored background. But the science team thought that changing the background to black will help them and the users of these products, better distinguish the missing areas from areas of valid retrievals. Hence, the background color was changed from grey to black, starting V6.0.31. This C61 version reflects the same changes that was made in C6 V6.0.31. In addition this version has changes to enable distinction between the fill values in the MODIS flood layers and the transparent "nodata" background in GIBS WorldView (WV).
