| Abstract | To prevent occasional failures of PGE72 generating the 16-day composite VCF intermediate product. |
| Problem Statement | PGE failed to complete due to buffer overflow when run in a C6 Science test. In rare cases the PGE may fail in operation due to this latent bug. |
| Description of Change | 1. Changed dimension size for table_250m, table_500m, table_1km in MOD44C.c to [][50] (# of observations per pixel will be no more than 50)2. Changed Optimization from -O3 to -O1 in MOD_PR44C.mk (value-optimize-out caused stack memory overflow problem). |
