| Abstract | Improve runtime memory usage, update a quality flag and minor change in composite criteria. |
| Problem Statement | Update algorithm to address memory/runtime concerns in production, update composite rule to find visually pleasing data in the absence of good quality data, and add 1 routine to update a previously unused quality flag. This algorithm is our internal composite and is not distributed to the public or stored via the LP-DAAC. The internal composite is used in MOD44A which is distributed publicly. |
| Description of Change | Improve runtime by better use of memory, and update a quality flag for use with downstream product MOD44A. This is a redelivery of a change submitted in November. The previous delivery did not yield the desired results in the science test. |
