| Justification | Due to the changes made in the GDAS data starting Day 2016133, the 1km cloud top properties were flawed leading to flaw in 1km cloud optical properties. Without the fix in the LEOCAT to account for the change in the input GDAS, the cloud retrievals would not be of scientific quality. Reprocessing of M(O/Y)D06 from Day 2016133 is required for both Aqua and Terra. |
