Abstract	Update land C61 PGEs with C7 specific changes: All land PGEs and PGE03/CloudMask were updated to reflect collection specific metadata changes and correct SDS attributes scale, offset, fill value, unit and valid range and to adopt new file format of NetCDF4/HDF5 for swath products. L2 PGEs updated to read and process C7 version of the L1B and geolocation products. CloudMask, PGE03, was revised to use GEOSIT inputs in lieu of NISE, sea-surface temperature map, and GDAS datasets. CloudMask outputs for C7 have added geolocation related datasets, including latitude, longitude and solar/sensor zenith/azimuth angle. L2 Surface Reflectance updated for using eclipse flag information and wgrib2 library for reading in grib2 data and to use C7 specific polarization and detrending factors.
Problem Statement	Generate improved version of the C6.1 MODIS land L2 and CloudMask products through Collection 7 reprocessing using the C7 version of L1 products as input and land product specific changes recommended by the MODIS land science team.

Note that changes for MODIS C7 have been documented by LDOPE in their whitepaper C7 white paper, which will be revised as additional products are finalized for MODIS C7. Data Granules to be Used for Science Testing	Series of sciene test run generating global data from winter and summer period.
Justification	The L2 land products plus CloudMask are being reprocessed through this reprocessing campaign (Collection 7) as potentially a final collection of MODIS products. This reprocessing will make use of improved C7 L1B and Geolocation, and will conform to the new file format of NetCDF4/HDF5. The C7 reprocessing when completed is expected to provide user with temporally consistent set of land product suite from the full mission period of Terra and Aqua
