| Abstract | PGE133 6.1.4 -- Updated LM for 8day "quantization" of the daily MOD14A1/MYD14A1 products (8 days RoundTime to include the first few day of time period). |
| Problem Statement | Current operational PGE133 was not staging the correct set of MxD14A1 inputs for certain months. Because of a flaw in the loader module (LM) date range checking function, the MxD14A1 inputs, covering the beginning few days of the leading 31-days, were being ignored. |
| Description of Change | The LM was revised to improve the 8-days round-up so as not to ignore the first few days of MxD14A1 inputs, from the beginning of the 92/93 day staging period. |

| Justification | The LM of the operational PGE133 had to be revised to fix the issue of some of the MxD14A1 8-day inputs not getting staged, especially at the beginning of the 92/93 day staging period, because of a flaw in the 8-day round-up login in the LM. |
| Effective Date for Implementation of Change | The revised PGE133 V6.1.4 will be used to re-process the entire C61 data record, from the beginning of the Terra mission. |
